What is CSAB Counselling 2027?

The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts special counselling rounds to fill all residual vacant seats across 32 NITs, 26 IIITs, IIEST Shibpur, and 40 GFTIs after the completion of all JoSAA regular rounds and reporting.

Thousands of premier engineering seats remain unoccupied each year due to seat cancellations, non-payment of partial admission fees (PAF), or students opting for IITs/BITS. CSAB Special Rounds offer an incredible opportunity for candidates to secure significant branch and college upgrades at much higher closing ranks.
